Shipping Information

Since all of our items are handcrafted, please allow 1-2 weeks for your product to be created, quality checked and packaged. If you have an urgent request, please email us and we'll do our best to speed up your order.

All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS. Sorry, we are not able to ship outside the Unites States, yet.  

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase but understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. This is why we offer 30 days to exchange/return any product. Just email us and we'll take care of you.

Damages 

If your items arrive damaged please report it by e-mailing us with detailed photos within 5 days. You can e-mail us at community@thewandertrees.com.
